Refund & Return Policy

At Catchysmells, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not provide direct monetary refunds, we ensure that our customers have the flexibility to exchange their purchases under the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for all products sold by Catchysmells, except customized or personalized items.

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Perfume bottles must remain sealed.


2. Replacements & Exchanges (No Cash Refunds)

We do not issue cash refunds to customer accounts.

Customers may choose to replace their product with:

A different product of the same value, or

A higher-value product by paying the price difference.

No partial refunds, credits, or balance adjustments will be provided for lower-value exchanges.


3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for couriering the product themselves to the return address provided by Catchysmells.

Reverse pickup services are not available.

Customers must contact us before sending a return via phone or WhatsApp to receive authorization and instructions.


4. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

All items are subject to inspection before approval of a replacement.


5. Non-Returnable Products

Customized fragrances, personalized gift packs, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange


6. Replacement Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, replacements are processed within 7 business days.

Customers will be notified once their replacement order is shipped.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, Catchysmells will provide a free replacement.

In such cases, all courier costs will be covered by Catchysmells.

9. Legal Compliance

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
